The Terms & Conditons of the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply. In particular, the cancellation conditions are regulated by the Accommodation Agreement as follows:

Not later than 3 months before the agreed date of arrival the accommodation contract can be terminated by the other party without payment of a cancellation fee by a unilateral declaration.

Outside this period the following cancellation fees apply:
  •  until 1 month before arrival day: 40% of the booked arrangement
  •  until 1 week before arrival day: 70% of the booked arrangement
  •  within the last week before arrival day: 90% of the booked arrangement

We recommend taking out trip cancellation insurance - we are happy to send you the documents.

Unless otherwise agreed, the conditions of cancellation contained in the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (ÖHV contractual terms) apply.
